To remain competitive and offer innovative products that cater to diverse customer needs, insurers are increasingly turning to actuarial data analytics. This paper delves into the application of actuarial data analytics techniques in the development of life insurance products, focusing on model creation, validation, and real-world implementation.

Traditionally, life insurance product development relied heavily on historical data and actuarial expertise to assess mortality risk, price policies, and design product features. While this approach remains fundamental, the explosion of data availability in recent years has opened avenues for leveraging advanced analytics techniques.
